PROVISION OF DESIGN AND PRINITING SERVICES OF THE PPADB ANNUAL REPORTS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.
This is an Open Domestic Bidding tender inviting tender offers for the Provisionof Design And Printing Services of The PPADB Annual Reports for a period of three (3) years covering the following Financial Years:*2017/2018
*2018/2019
*2019/2020.
The service is expected to commence in 2018 and end in 2020.
The Procuring Department is PPADB,Public Relations and Education Unit.
Tenderers must be licensed with appropriate authority to trade according to the laws of Botswana and be appropriately registered with PPADB in the following codes and sub codes:Code: 138 (Marketing & Public Relation Services) Sub-code: 02 (Advertising Services billboards, electronic, etc). and
Code 201 (Printed Matter and Related Equipment) Sub -code 01 (Printed Matter)
The tender is reserved for 100% citizen-owned companies. Price preference scheme shall be applied in line with the Citizen Economic EmpowermentPolicy (CEE) of 2012 and the Local Procurement Scheme (LPS).
The physical address for collection of tender documents is: PPADB Offices, Plot 8913, Maakgadigau Way, Gaborone West Industrial Site, Gaborone, Office No: G023, Ground Floor.
Tender Documents may be collected during working hours from 0800hours to 1700hours fromthe23RD April 2018.
A non-refundable deposit of P100.00payable by cash or bank guaranteed cheque is required on collection of the tender documents. Youth to be given 50% discount.

The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 1000hours on the 23RD May 2018. Opening of tenders will be done immediately after closing at PPADB Tender Opening Room G002, Ground Floor.
Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telegraphic, faxed or e-mail submissions shall not be accepted.
A two-envelope procedure will be followed.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board’s Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the tender documents.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the PPADB is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
