ENable Your Career

This development programme will help ENable your career development and planning for this. The essential development is to ENable ALL staff to have the Business Administration skills required for working in a learning environment.

These have been identified through external benchmarking and an internal development advisory group. All development should be discussed with your line manager as part of the PDR process and your on going development.

(This development programme should be used in line with the annual development planner and ENable development and career pathway).

Must

Could

Depending on your role and your career development plans as a business administrator, you can discuss these development possibilities with your line manager. (Some may require you to be selected from a pool of applicants)
