Sealed tenders are invited from Punjab National Bank approved vendors for accomplishing the job of printing & supply of stationery items and supply of cash box from the vendors. The supply of all items at our Head office, Rohtak (F.O.R.). The proposal shall be sent to General Manager, Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, Head Office, SHGB House, Plot no. 1, Sector-3,Rohtak. Last date of submission of tenders is 19.08.2017. You may visit our Head Office to see the sample of items from 14.08.2017 to17.08.2017. Terms & Conditions of the Tender
1Sealed Tender should reach our Head Office, Rohtak on or before 19.08.2017 (upto 12.00noon). Please mark your Contact No. on the envelope of the tender. Unsealed/Tempered Tenders, if any, will be summarily rejected.
2Tender received after 19.08.2017 (12.00 noon) will be rejected.
3Tender will be opened at our Head Office and date & time will be informed you.
4You should depute yourrepresentative to our office duly authenticated under your office letter, in whose presence Tender will be opened.
5Bank may place the order items wise to the firm having lowest quotation in the respective item or Bank may also place order to the firm having lowest quoted rates as a whole in respect of all items mentioned in the tender.
6The Bank reserves its right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
7All the documents must be duly signed by the Authorized signatory.
8The envelope should be super scribed as “Tender for supply of stationery items/supply of cash box”.
9The stationery printed/cash box will be delivered at Head Office, Rohtak
10All items are to be printed after getting proof checking of each item.
11Payment of stationery/cash box will be made in one time after receiving all stationery items/cash boxes of the order.
12Penalty will be imposed on late supply of items @ 1% per week of the order amount after 20 days from the order.
