“LEAD THE TEXANS WITH TORO” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Void where prohibited. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The “Lead the Texans with TORO” Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Houston NFL Holdings, L.P. (the “Texans”), the National Football League (the “NFL”), the Ford Motor Company, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible persons may enter the Contest by completing the registration form online at www.HoustonTexans.com/LeadtheTexanswithTORO or completing the registration form at Houston-area Ford activations during participating local events. Only one entry per person.

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period will be from August 7, 2017 at 8:00 AM CT through and including December 18, 2017 at 5:30pm CT. Please see table below for deadlines to be eligible in the various drawings. Eligible entries that are not selected in a drawing will be eligible to win in the subsequent drawings (if any).

5. SELECTING THE WINNERS: A random drawing will be conducted by designated Houston Texans employee(s) in accordance with the following schedule:

The first eligible person selected in a drawing shall be the winner of the prize for the corresponding Houston Texans game. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or mail within three (3) days after the drawing date.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor of the Contest is the Houston Texans, NRG Stadium, Two NRG Park, Houston, Texas 77054. The decisions of the Houston Texans are final in all matters. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, you agree to the use of your name, photograph, voice, likeness and demographic information in any manner and for any purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or your prior review, unless prohibited by law. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release upon being notified that he or she is a potential winner. If a potential winner does not sign and return the documents, such potential winner will be disqualified from the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree that the Houston Texans may enter your name and contact information in their database and that the Houston Texans or their designees (e.g., Texans sponsors) have your permission to contact you with a list of other ways, from which you may choose, to be involved with the Houston Texans.

7. PRIZE: One (1) prize per drawing, for a total of ten (10) prizes – Winner (or person that he/she designates, provided that the person riding in the vehicle is at least 12 years of age or older) will get to ride in a Ford F-150 with TORO while he leads the Houston Texans players out onto the NRG Stadium field before a game. Winner will also receive two (2) tickets and one (1) parking pass to the corresponding game. Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $93.

All expenses (except as otherwise specifically provided) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. RELEASE: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release the Texans and the NFL, and each of their respective affiliates, and the directors, employees and agents, including without limitation, advertising and promotion agencies, of each, from any liability, loss or damage incurred in connection with or arising out of the Contest, or from his or her use, misuse or acceptance of a prize.

9. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor; provided, however, winner shall have the right to transfer all or a portion of the prize to another eligible person upon prior notice to Sponsor (provided that the person riding in the Ford F-150 must be at least 12 years of age or older). In case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For the winners list, send a selfaddressed, stamped envelope to 2017 Lead the Texans with TORO Winners List, NRG Stadium, Two NRG Park, Houston, Texas 77054, Attn: Austen Smith, on or before March 31, 2018.
