Summary:

First you uproot cassava, select the big ones. Take it to the river where you peel the cassava and wash them. Then grate them. After all the cassava is grated, you have to press them between two boards. Place a sack of grated cassava between the two boards and have a few people sit on the wood (or a boulder). If the cassava stock has stopped flowing from the sack, it's completely pressed. You remove it and place it on the plate. Repeat until all the grated cassava is pressed.
