Dear HDR Retreat registrants,

As per the ANU requirements for off campus activities please read the following risk assessment information below and sign off in your registration that you have read and agree to it.

Any activity has its own inherent risks and some of our off site and social activity options have more risk than others. Please ensure you follow all safety instructions provided at an activity and wear all safety equipment and clothing, including enclosed footwear, as required. A list of clothing that you will need to bring will be provided in your Program and ‘What to Bring’ information handout which will be in the pre-retreat information to be emailed closer to the HDR Retreat date.

If you require first aid, Julie Fitzgibbon will be attending as our First Aid Officer and her contact details will also be on your program and the pre-retreat information email. First aid equipment will also be available at the Coachhouse reception and the kitchen next to our conference rooms.

All attendees are supplied with contact phone number for Coach Contact (Julie Fitzgibbon), HDR Retreat Administrator (Janet Bradly) and the venue (the Coachhouse Marina Resort, Batemans Bay NSW).
Emergency arrangements: Appointment of a staff member who is also a current First Aid Officer to undertake this role for the HDR Retreat (Julie Fitzgibbon). Venue is 7 minutes from Batemans Bay Hospital and has first aid equipment available at reception and at the kitchen facilities next to the conference rooms. Emergency information advised through retreat information emails and program.
