Terms and Conditions Declaration
Please note that this student registration becomes a binding contract when a signed copy is received by Montessori Centre International (MCI) to whom all fees are payable. Students accept liability for the full contracted fees (inclusive of VAT) as published in the enclosed fee sheet upon agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Tuition fees are not refundable or transferable. Failure on the part of the student to adhere to the study programme in no way affects the student’s liability to pay the full contracted fees.
You have a statutory right to cancelthe registration until 14 days after the published course start date (the “cooling off” period). MCI must be informed in writing (by email or letter) during this period that this is your intention. The course fees for registrations cancelled during the cooling off period will be refunded in full.
Cancellation or deferral outside of the cooling off period: students who cancel the course after the 14 days cooling off periodwill not be eligible for a refund or transfer of fees. Students who delay the course start date or defer the course will be liable for a deferral fee of £100.
