card with voicemail pager number for Jr. to give his "friend".
PHONE/PAGER CALLS
August 91- 10-15 calls per week to voicemail/pager service asking for rides or what I was doing.
- I call Shay Jr. at end of month to tell him to stop calling, I told him I was mad he lied to me about WBCN job, that this voice mail was for business only and tell him I will not
return any of his messages in the future.
September 91- Shay Jr. continues to call voice mail
- Shay Jr. invites me to party in Methuen or Manchester.
- Shay Jr. pulls ruse - has someone else call my voice mail
about business. I return call to party who hands phone to
Shay Jr. who asks what's up and starts laughing. I hang up.
October 91- Shay Jr. calls 2-3 times per week.
- Last call to voice mail was Shay Jr. inviting me and my friend to a Halloween party in Quincy. I replay message
for Cates. I do not return call. This last call was on October 25 - Friday.
Subsequent to 25 October 1991 there were no messages to
my voice mail from Shay Jr. - only hang up calls.
- The ATF obtained a cloned pager, i.e. whatever messages there were for me would be available to the ATF. Throughout the year (1992) there were only business related messages. - no messages attributed to Shay Jr.
