3. Reserve Spaces

Please register a minimum of one adult for every five students (1:5). If you register both males and females, sign up at leastone adult male and one adult female.All spaces are first come, first served. Your spaces are not guaranteed until a deposit is paid for those spaces.

4. Deposit Payment: $75 x total registered participants = Amount due

Registration is $299.00 per participant. A $75(USD) non-refundable deposit is required for each reserved space. Deposits are not transferable to final Learn & Serve balance. Please only register the number of spaces you intend to fill. You mayadd more participants to your group until the week reaches capacity by emailing .

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: 60 days prior to the first day of the session your group is attending Learn & Serve, the number of spaces reserved will be confirmed. You will be billed for the full amount ($299/participant) based on the number of spaces you have reserved on that date, which will be referred to as your “Confirmation Date”. It is your responsibility to notify SIFAT if your numbers need to be reduced or increased by your Confirmation Date. In the event that 60 days before your event falls on a weekend, the following Monday will serve as your Confirmation Date. Your Confirmation Date will be on all invoices you receive during the registration process.

Remaining Balance Payment Schedule:

-Groups attending June 2017: 50% of remaining balance due April 1, 2017 and 50% due two weeks prior to arrival date

-Groups attending July 2017: 50% of remaining balance due May 1, 2017and 50% due two weeks prior to arrival date
