VIII RESOLUTIONS

1.R-2016-008Authorization to execute an agreement with Dave D. Henderson, Esquire on behalf of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas to be re-appointed as the Custody Master for an amount not to exceed $85.00 per hour for the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

2.R-2016-009Authorization to execute an agreement with Lawrence County Social Services, on behalf of Mental Health/and Developmental Services for an amount not to exceed $25,560.72 for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 with all payments being made from the MH/DS fund.

3.R-2016-010Authorization to execute an agreement on behalf of the Lawrence County Juvenile Probation Department with Allied Coordinated Transportation Services, Inc. to provide social services to children and youth on an as needed basis for an amount not to exceed $288.00 per day for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

4.R-2016-0112016 Allocation of County Match Funds for the purchase of agricultural conservation easements in the amount of $26,624.93.
