CARGO: Full Cargo of 47,750 MT Min/Max Bulk HRW Wheat plus empty bags for USAID (Ref:AC16-0184.)

LAYDAYS: October 15-25, 2016. Owner to provide 14 days pre-advice of vessel readiness to load.

LOAD PORT: One safe berth, One safe port US Gulf Texas Port.

LOADING TERMS: Scale Gross Load .

DISCHARGE PORT (Transit port) Djibouti and or Berbera at USAID Option.

DISCHARGE TERM(S):

The cargo is to be discharged under Full Berth Terms. No demurrage/no despatch/no detention. Bulk wheat cargo is to be bagged at the discharge (transit) port at owner’s (carrier’s) risk, time and expense enroute to Receiver’s above named warehouses in Ethiopia via Through Bills of Lading.

Carrier to deliver cargo Free On Truck Door of the Receiver’s warehouse(s) at carrier’s time, risk and expense. Unloading at warehouse(s) to be arranged and paid for by receivers.

FINAL DELIVERY DESTINATION and FREIGHT RATES on Through Bill of Lading basis FBT Discharge , Bagging and Inland Transportation to Warehouse Door
