10. Entry Criteria

Mainland China: Players who have the nationality of People’s Republic of China, and are compliant with the amateur status rules and regulations set by China Golf Association, The R&A Rules Limited and USGA; instructors who are compliant with the "Regulations on Amateur Status for Chinese Golf Instructors/Coaches" set by CGA.

For competitors from all other regions or countries: Have the nationality of his/her related regions or countries that are invited by the competition organizer, players who are consistent with the Amateur Status Rules and Regulations set by his/her belonged region or country’s golf association, China Golf Association, The R&A Rules Limited and USGA.

11. Field Composition & Format

1. Total Field: no more than 120, all the participants have to pass the on line authorization of China Golf Association Event Management System.

2. Field Composition:

（1）Males’Winners and Runner ups & Female Winners of Hainan Open Promoting Tour, totally 18 spots.

（2）Champions of Group A& B of Hainan Open & International

Junior Golf Championship, totally 4 spots

（3）20 invites recommended by China Golf Association

（4）top 30 Females’ Amateurs and top 30 Males’ Amateurs From Rankings of China Golf Association

(5) 10 sponsor’s wild cards

(6)Open to public for those whose handicap :

Males less than 20(inclusive), Females less than 25(inclusive)

If eligible participants can’t reach the total field size caused by withdrawal or repeated criteria, vacancies will be filled in the order of CGA’s china amateur golf ranking. If the field still can’t reach the ideal condition, vacancies will be filled in the order of turns of public registration. The entry will be closed once the field is fulfilled with 120.

12. Awards:

1. Awards will be given to: top 8 male and top 6 female players

2. Prize

（1）male and female winners have their names on the trophy and be given a copy ,

（2）Certificate will be given to top 8 male players and top 6 female players by China Golf Association

（3）Male and Female winner, Male and Female lowest scores(totally two people) will automatically receive a spot to play next year’s Hainan Open European Challenge Tourand pro-am of LPGA China Classics.

China Golf Association will dispatch all rules officials and staff for the competition.

2. Registration

（1）At registration, all Mainland Chinese players must present the age identification documents (Original personal valid ID Card, Passport or Residential book), players from other regions or countries must present their original passports. Those who can’t provide valid age certification or does not meet the age criteria will not be accepted to enter the event. Without committee’s permission, any registration in advance or players who surpassed the field will not be accepted.

（2）Once a player finished registration, refund of entry is not possible.

（3）Registration time: 900hrs--1600 hrs26th Oct 2017

（4）Registration venue: Championship Office, clubhouse, Haikou Mission Hills Golf Club

14. Fee：

1. Entry Fee:

RMB800 per person（paid at on-site registration）

2. During the event, the committee will be responsible for the meals and accommodation of overseas players, also the committee will be responsible for one team leader’s meals and accommodation of each invited region and country.

3. The committee will arrange complementary transfers which includes: airportpick ups and drop offs, hotel –golf course transfers. (shuttle bus schedule will be posted on the notice board either clubhouse and hotel). For overseas players, please inform the committee your flight information in advance for making necessary arrangement for the transportation.

4. The committee will be responsible for the cost of rules officials, media and staff. For all the other participants, all the cost is to be borne by themselves.

5. The committee will bear all entrants’ three proper rounds golfing cost during the competition (players should bear the caddie tips by themselves), All players need to pay practice round’s golfing cost. Any player who misses the cut should pay for any golfing cost after the cut. Any player who makes his or her own arrangement for further practice will bear by themselves.

6. practice round prices:cny580(including 1/2 buggy, locker, caddie) without tips.

7.Throughout the proper rounds, driving range is complementary. At practice round players should pay maximum cny150/person as bay occupation fee.

16. Others

1. Player’s obligations

（1）When China Golf Association or media officers ask players to be present in press release after competition, all the players have the obligation to attend.

（2）Players have to wear in dress to attend the Gala Dinner.

（3）Winners have the obligation of interviews and photographs within 2 hours after awards presentation. Anyone who can not perform the obligation should explain to the media officer in advance.

17. Rankings

The ranking points Mainland Chinese golfers get from the competition will be counted in China Golf Association amateur golfer rankings system & R&A amateur golfer ranking system. Other international participants’ ranking points will be counted to R&A amateur golfer ranking system.
