Congratulations on your new job at UAF! I will be your Personnel/Payroll Assistant (PPA) for your new assignment. I can assist with questions regarding your time sheet, paycheck, and personnel record. As a returning employee, please visit UAOnline and verify the following:

Under the Personal Information Tab:

Check that your HR address is the correct mailing address for a paycheck. If changes are required, please submit the following form ASAP

Under the Employee Tab:

-Pay Information/Direct Deposit Breakdown. Check that your Payroll Direct Deposit information is current. If you need to make changes:

-Tax Forms/W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowance. You may change your withholding anytime by submitting a new Form W-4:
