DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Single source of HR expertise on site to include: Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Team Member Relations, Compensation & Benefits.
· Site HR representative to the larger HR team. Actively participate in all company Team Member initiatives to drive the business forward. Examples may include: on-boarding design, salary administration plan, management training- development program, performance review redesign
· Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all Team Members ensuring consistent and timely delivery and practice. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
· Serve as benefits liaison, conduct benefits and 401K enrollment meetings, monitor Team Member benefits eligibility, and assist in ongoing enrollment
· Follows and upholds affirmative action program; files EEO-1, report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
· Actively participates in talent acquisition to ensure the highest quality of talent is acquired, trained, developed and retained to drive the organization’s goals and objectives. Coaches and delivers Team Member relations counseling, and exit interviews. Analyze data for trends and recommendations to improve to drive efforts to become and stay the employer of choice as defined by our Team Members.
· Assists the department’s management create reports, conduct analysis and make informed decisions in relationship to meeting its established goals.
· Inputs and maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
· Assists in quarterly and annual records audits.
· Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
· A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
Must be a US Person and ITAR compliant as required by our Federal Contracts
Physical Requirements: Advanced use of computer, telephones end other office equipment, reading, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
