Expenses
Expenses will be totaled and divided among each client (not per dog) per weekend (hotel, gas, parking, toll road charges, catalog, etc.)
Once entries have closed with the superintendent you are responsible for expense split and handling charges for that show. I have determined which show I will attend based on entries made. If I become ill or have conflict and cannot show your dog, handling charges will not be charged and entry fee will be reimbursed for that day.
Liability & Veterinary Care
It is understood that the owner of the dog will assume all costs incurred by the handler for any medical treatment by a veterinarian required for the dog while under the supervision of the handler. It is further agreed that the handler shall determine the need for any veterinary care for the animal while under their supervision. Although every precaution will be taken to avoid any incident, the handler cannot be held responsible should any ill fortune befall your dog.
Handler will notify client if dog gets sick or injured for their input on the treatment of the dog if time is not a health factor. If client is unavailable for consultation, the client agrees to use the handler’s judgment in the treatment of the dog if a decision has to be made.
