Fume hood air volume flow monitor device with integrated microprocessor, two independent watchdog circuits and static differential pressure transmitter. Monitoring of the safe fume hood operation according to EN 14175 with audible and visual alarm. Visual and optional audible alarm for the operation mode “sash opening > 50 cm”. Integrated charging circuit for the battery backup. Optional monitoring of the exceeding of a parameterised volume flow with visual alarm and parameterisation of a second monitoring value (reduced volume flow during night operation). System data storage via voltage fail-safe EEPROM. Applicable for all types of fume hoods.Technicalfeatures:

Control and display panel
Control and display panel integrated in the fume hood with acoustical alarming and the following functions:- Prepared for the connection to an optional numeric display to indicate the exhaust air flow in m³/h or the air inflow in m/s
- Serial standard interface (RS232) to connect a service terminal or PC for configuration and commissioning

- Yellow light for reduced operation VMIN
- Green light for ON/OFF
- Yellow light for closing sash with an illuminated area of 1 cm²
Analogue output
- 1 standardised analogue outlet 0(2)…10 V DC for actual value of exhaust air, applicable for direct control of room group controller or of the building management systems(BMS)
Relay output
All relay contacts are potential free with a switching power of 250 V AC/3 A- Alarm output (fault indication), 1 x switchover contact
