Instructions for abstract preparation
Please, supply your contribution in Czech, Slovak or English and provide the following data:Title of your contribution in Czech or Slovak, title in English, paper/ poster, author, author´s workplace, keywords and the literature used. We recommendstructuring the contribution as follows: Introduction, Goals, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
The size of the contribution should be max. one page.
In case the abstract includes photos, pictures or diagrams, bear in mind that the book of proceedings will be a black white printed publication.
Please attach photographs as separate files in the *.jpg, *.tiff or *.png. formats.
Pictures anddiagrams should be attached as separate files inthe *.jpg, *.tiff, *.png, *.pdf, *.wmf, *.ai, *.cdr, *.xls, and *.xlsx formats (please remember that in case of diagrams in MS Excel the file must also include the data source tables).
Please, number individual files and present them in the list of annexes according to such numbering. Bitmaps (*.jpg, *.tiff, *.png) should have sufficient definition for printing (300 dpi, minimum size amounts to 800x1000px).
Instruction for document processing
Prepare contributions in Microsoft Word or in compatible editors*.doc or *.docx. In the ideal case, you can use this document as a template, i.e. you will save it under another name and modify it directly - just exchanging individual parts.
When processing your documents, respect the styles and do not change them if possible.
For example if you want to create a heading, highlight the corresponding part of the text and click on the required style „Heading 1“, etc.
