#1 ABC Scavenger Hunt

List things that begin with each letter of the alphabet. Each letter must be about important vocabulary, people, and/or event(s). Use pages 187 – 251 only. /

#2 Vocabulary Mapping

Create a vocabulary map of the following vocabulary words: Puritan, expel, sedition, import, export, Great Awakening, militia, indentured servant, charter, and constitution. Be sure to include the definition, how it can be described, and examples/synonyms of it.

Research and create a power point on the Society of Friends, or Quakers. Find out what the members believed, why they were persecuted in England, and how William Penn helped them in England. Your power point must have a minimum of five slides. / #8 Rap, Chant or Song
Create a rap, song, or chant about the New England Colonies. Be sure to include important vocabulary, events, people, etc. / #9 Beauty Pageant Sash
Choose one of the 13 colonies and create a Beauty Pageant sash using construction paper. Be sure to include the name of your colony, cash crop, founder, year it was founded, and one interesting fact about your colony.
