10:30 am WESCO Junior Varsity Girls (3A/4A)

11:10 am WESCO Varsity Girls 3A

11:50 pm WESCO Varsity Girls 4A

12:20 pm WESCO Junior Varsity Boys (3A/4A)

12:50 pm WESCO Varsity Boys 3A

1:20 pm WESCO Varsity Boys 4A

1:50 pm Cascade Conference Girls

2:20 pm Cascade Conference Boys

2:50 pm Awards (in this order WESCO Girls, Cascade B/G, WESCO Boys)

**Top ten individuals in each Varsity race will receive ribbons. Ribbons for the Junior Varsity races will be handed out in the finish chute.**

Results will be available after awards and posted to www.athletic.net .

Course length: 5000 meters

**Varsity teams may consist of a maximum of fifteen (15) runners; the top five will score, 6-7 will displace, 8-15 will be dropped from the scoring.

Entries due by Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at midnight.

All entries will be made through www.athletic.net . No entries will be accepted by fax or email.

Please send no money to Lakewood. WESCO will pay all fees related to the meet.

Directions to Lakewood: I-5 Exit 206, then one mile west. All busses need to park in the upper parking lot by the gym. Look for signs.
