1. CALL TO ORDER
A quorum of Council being present the meeting was called to order by Mayor Knox at 5:00 p.m.

2. CONSIDERATION OF AGENDA
R17/02/015 MOVED BY Councillor Schultz, to approve the agenda as amended.

Moved by Deputy Mayor Heinrich to recess the regular meeting of Council 5:05 pm.
3. PUBLIC HEARING (Bylaw 01/2017 a Bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw 07/2010)
Deputy Mayor Heinrich called the Public Hearing to order at 5:05 pm.
Deputy Mayor Heinrich asked if there was anyone who wished to speak for or against the Bylaw.
There was no one interested in discussing the issue.

Deputy Mayor Heinrich reconvened the Regular Meeting of Council at 5:10 pm.

f) Street lights on 43rd Street
- Council believes that this item is a Fortis issue and that the Town is not going to invest funds to put in lights at this time.
g) Bargain Shop Request for a Handicap parking Stall
R17/02/026 MOVED BY Councillor Schultz that Council approve a Handicap parking stall on the west side of the Bargain shop and further that the Town will paint the stall, but the Bargains shop will have to provide the sign.
