  1. Create new folder in desktop and name it by (your full name and you ID# ).
  2. Open MS Word application and create new blank document.
  3. Write the below text.

  1. Make the following formats to the text:
  • Title " The Computers "

Font type:WordArt

Font size:24

Alignment:center

Font color:Black

  • The text " A computer is a machine …….of the computer to another."

Font type:Times New Roman

Font size:14

Alignment:Left

Font color:Dark Blue

Line spacing: 1.5

  • The text" Central processing unit (CPU) ….. Output device"

Make it bullet as shown in the text

Font type:Tahoma

Font size:12, Bold

Alignment:Left

Font color:Orange

  • The text"There is a lot of computer types …………… in the same time."

Add paragraph Borders : Outside borders.

  • The ward " hardware "

Bold, Italic , underline

Font color:Red

  1. Add ClipArt picture and make these formats:

Position: in middle right with square text wrapping

Picture Style (Frame): Simple frame, white

  1. Add page Break.
  1. Add table as shown above

Table style:auto style

Font size:12

Font type:Arial

Font color:Black

Make the text in first 2 rows: Bold

Alignment for first 2 rows: center

Alignment for the first column:Left, Bold

Alignment for the second and third column:center

Put the table in the center.

  1. Add this shape behind the title " The Computers" and make the following format:

Warp text: behind text (title)

Shape size:fit the title

Shape fill color: Orange

Shape outline borders: dashed line

Shape borders color: black

  1. Add picture form a file which suit to the subject and make these formats:

Picture place: under the table

Picture Style (Frame): double black frame

Alignment: center

  1. Make the layout of your document as following:
  • Margins:
  • Left and Right:4 cm
  • Top and Bottom:3 cm
  • Page Orientation: land scape.
  • Page borders:
  • Setting: Box
  • Style: ( )
  • Color: Dark Blue
  • Width: 3pt
  1. Check the spelling and grammar and make these changing:
  • Replace each word ( are) with ( is ).
  1. Add header and write your full name and your id#.
  2. Add page numbers: Bottom of page, Center
  3. Add Blank Page as first page(see the last page of this assignment and do the same).
  4. Save your document.
  5. Finally, print your document and submit it to your teacher.
