For all the following injuries, name the MOI (mechanism of injury… how the injury normally happens), s/s (signs and symptoms), tx and prevention. Not all the injuries will have this information. The ones with * means that you will find it as an injury to the elbow and the wrist/hand. For those, give a description for the elbow and the wrist/hand.
