After such a long and cold winter, it’s hard to believe we are finally thinking about spring and summer sports and the time when Stafford Little League is asking for your support! Everyone knows that the support of our local community and local businesses is why we are so successful. With your tax-deductible donation, we are able to provide our players and coaches with quality training, safe equipment, and the finest playing fields in the area.
As we prepare for the 2015 season, we are asking for your continued support by renewing your sponsorship. The 2015 Little League season will begin with SOFTBALL on Saturday, April 25th (weather/field permitting) and BASEBALL on Saturday, May, 2nd. Stafford Little League is looking forward to providing another great year of baseball and softball to approximately 500 + local children ages 4 – 16.
Girls Youth Softball has always been part of the Stafford Little League Charter Program established by Little League International; however, this year, with the addition and leadership of Don Bergeron, it has been decided to consolidate most of the day to day operating functions managed by one Board of Directors. This will allow the softball program to continue to grow while respectively utilizing the options offered under one program which includes easier sponsorship opportunities.
This year’s theme, in honor of all great children, is “For the Kids – 2015 Season of Fun and Development” which allows us to celebrate all the children in our program - the development of good citizens who learn valuable skill sets, using the ball field as a classroom to teach those life lessons of teamwork, fair play, discipline and sportsmanship. With that, we will be conducting events and activities to be highlighted within the community throughout our season.
Your donation to the program will provide the league with assistance in many different areas and is primarily focused on reducing operational expenses. We continue to offer various levels of sponsorship, which provide different benefit options for your business. Please note, this year we will be offering Team Sponsorships which include Game Day Banners. Additionally, we will offer Kealy Complex outfield signs, which will consist of a 4' x 4', blue and white, posted fence banner to include Business and team Name, and website contact information. Also, we will be offering all sponsors the opportunity to participate in Opening Day Ceremonies to include name recognition in the Opening Day Program, first pitch, and also the opportunity to be part of our Trade Show, along with direct links from our website to your businesses!
