AIRCRAFT ACQUISITION AGREEMENT

1. Buyer’s Broker Client is interested in the purchase of a turboprop aircraft and desires to hire J.R. Huskey Aviation Services, (JRH) as its exclusive “buyers agent” with regard to the purchase of said aircraft.

2. Services Rendered J.R. Huskey Aviation Services shall use its best efforts and expertise to provide Client with the following assistance, guidance and consultation.

· Suggesting various alternative aircraft based on mission and budget

· Comprehensive identification of all available aircraft which meet Clients criteria

· Detailed comparative analysis of top selected aircraft

· Thoroughly educate Client on values and value-added components

· Making offers on various candidate aircraft to find the motivated seller

· Preparation of offers and contracts, representing Clients best interests

· Assistance in arranging the pre-purchase inspection

· Making sure the aircraft is delivered with everything functioning normally

3. Client All pictures, specifications, comparisons, offers, agreements and other work product of JRH will be available to Client.

4. Commission In the event that Client purchases an Aircraft, Client agrees to pay JRH a FLAT FEE in the amount of ____________USD, payable at AIRCRAFT PURCHASE closing date, throught the escrow agent, for professional consultative services rendered.
