Do you want to get in on one of the most exciting events of the year??
If so, mark your calendar now!! The year’s most exciting, most challenging and most creative rally, The Trick Or Beep Scavenger Hunt Rally is scheduled for Sunday, October 26th (rain date Nov. 1) and promises to be like nothing else you have ever done!!! Join your fellow members on an exciting rally through the beautiful Loudoun County countryside in the prime fall season, gather after the rally for a costume contest for drivers and their cars (extra points for participating), eat and drink in one of Leesburg’s finest Irish pubs or a restaurant of your choice and end your day with a chilling ghost tour (optional) in historic Leesburg’s most haunted section … if you DARE!!!!! Costumed guides will lead you around various sites within old town Leesburg that have a historical ghostly story associated with them.

Schedule for the day:
1:00 p.m. Driver’s Meeting
1:30 p.m. start in Leesburg for Scavenger Hunt Rally
Last car in (hopefully) by 4:00 p.m.
45 minutes to prep cars and people for the Halloween costume contest
Judging to be done by 5:00 – 5:15 p.m.
Gathering and awards at a Pub/Restaurant - 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Optional Leesburg Haunting/Ghost Tour at 6:30 or shortly thereafter (additional fee $13.00 per person – first come, first served, only 22 spots available!).
Rally fee: $10.00 per car
Directions: The driver’s meeting and rally start will be in the Leesburg Plaza Shopping Center off Rt. 7 in Leesburg.
From the East follow Rt. 7 West to Leesburg. OR take the Dulles Toll Road West to the end. Take Rt. 15 North to Rt. 7 and take Rt. 7 West to Leesburg. After entering the town of Leesburg (just when you cross over Rt. 15), pass Plaza Street (2nd light) and make a right after Roy Rogers into the shopping center.
From the North follow Rt. 15 South. Exit at Rt. 7 West. Pass Plaza Street (2nd light) and make a right after Roy Rogers into the shopping center.
From the West follow Rt. 7 East. Turn left into the Leesburg Plaza Shopping Center before Roy Rogers.

The social portion of the event will begin as soon as you complete the rally. Food and beverages will be available (additional fee) and your choice of eating establishments (Fast food, Italian, Irish Pub, BBQ). The awards presentation will be at Spanky’s Shenanigans Pub as soon as the costume contest judging is complete (approximately 5:00 p.m.) and will include awards for the rally as well as the costume contest.
*** Please try to pre-register to help me get an idea of the number of participants. You may show up the day of the event and register, but please arrive no later than 12:30 p.m.
