IF YOU ARE MOVING/CHANGES IN ADDRESSES
If you are planning on moving out of the Bryan City School District over the summer, please call the
school office at (636-9039) or stop in and give us the information. We request that you fill out a
withdrawal form if you are planning on moving. The school needs to be updated with the current
addresses and home phone numbers of our students. If you have made changes but have not contacted the school, please do so. Thank you!
GRADE CARDS TO BE MAILED

6TH GRADERS – ATHLETICS FOR 7TH GRADE
All athletes/cheerleaders are required to have a physical exam. Bryan Medical Group will offer exams in June/July for a reduced rate. You must make an appointment at Bryan Medical Group and take an athletic physical form available in the office to your appointment.
SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION
The summer school program this year will be held for students currently in kindergarten through 8th grade. Parents will be notified in June if their child is recommended to attend. Summer school will be held July 28 through August 8th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Bryan Middle School.
BMS PET WALL OF FAME
The BMS Pet Wall of Fame, a collaborative project that involves all grade levels at BMS, continued this year for a fifth year. Students and staff share pictures of their pets, both living and deceased, along with 25 cents per picture. We raised over $960.00, which will be donated to Assistance Dogs of America and the Williams County Humane Society.
5TH GRADERS THANK AREA BUSINESSES
The 5th grade staff and students worked hard to prepare for the State Achievement Tests. They spent time exploring endurance and how that correlates with testing. Several local businesses donated items to be used as door prizes throughout their test preparation. We want to thank the following businesses for their generous donations: Dairy Queen, Wendy’s, Creative Minds, Wal*Mart, Chief, Bill’s Locker Room III, Bryan Lanes, Wick’s Par-T-Pak, Myro’s Pizza, David Design, Pizza Hut, ABC Distributing and K-Mart.
