1.0Any product returned for warranty or non-warranty repair must have a Return Material Authorization.

1.3ThermoTek devices must be drained of all fluids before returning.

1.4Returned products must be packed in approved ThermoTek packing material (original box and foam).

1.4.1Failure to return product in approved packing material may void warranty.

1.5Place device in approved packing material and record RMA number on outside of box.

1.6Any product returned unopened must have a Return Material Authorization.

1.7There is a re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount for unopened item(s) returned within 30 days.

1.7.1All accessories must be returned with device as well (filter, power cord, manual, bottle, etc.)

1.8Customers who purchase under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS): There is a re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount for unopened items returned within 60 days.
