Internet Explorer 11 “Wait for page to fully load” error and Solution

OptimalResume has received multiple reports of issues in the latest version of Internet Explorer (version 11), particularly when adding and editing sections in the Resume/Letter Builders. The message: “Please wait for the page to fully load”

has been cited. Currently, Optimal developers are working to make the software compatible with this latest version of Internet Explorer and will make an announcement when those updates have been completed. Until we finish making Optimal compatible with IE 11, in order to successfully use our website, you can add Optimal Resume to the Internet Explorer Compatibility list.

How to Add a Site to Compatibility View:

1. Go to Optimal Resume website, then click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of IE11:


2. Select the Compatibility View Settings item in the drop-down menu. The following dialog will appear.


3. In the Compatibility View Settings box, add the problematic website URL, and then click Add
