Application Fees Worksheet
Small Construction Projects
(To be completed by Property Owner/POA Manager)
1. ACC Plan Review Fee - $ 25.00 (Non-refundable)
2. Road Maintenance Fee - $______(Non-refundable)
To be payable only if the project requires deliveries of materials or work to be executed by trucks and/or heavy equipment larger than a pickup truck. These monies are used to maintain our roads that suffer from the heavy construction traffic required by new projects, such as new construction and/or additions. Fees charged with this application include fill dirt for foundation only.
3. Builder’s Location Protection Deposit (refundable by application) - To protect roads & ditches at property location and adjacent property sites.
a. $500 - Project requires deliveries of materials or work to be executed by trucks and/or heavy equipment larger than a pickup truck.
b. $250 - Project requires work to be executed using equipment the size of a pickup truck or smaller.
4. Cape Royale Maintenance Fees: MUST be current prior to plan approval.

5. Plans, construction and inspection requirements shall be appropriate to the complexity of the project. However, if the project is in close proximity to building lines, easements or property lines, the proper clearances shall be verified by flagging these restricted areas where they relate to the project.
