Our Lady Queen of Peace Scholarship

The Our Lady Queen of Peace Scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance for undergraduate students under the age of 24, who are residents of Ohio, who are of Catholic Faith, who attend and are an active parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Preference will be made to those have been Confirmed.

All of the following documentation must be received by May 14thof the application year in order for application to be considered:

1)Completed Application

2)Official Grade Transcript from the school most recently attended for the completed period.

3)Two letters of recommendation from persons not related to you(if reapplying please also include a letter from either the campus ministry or church activity.)

4)Letter of acceptance or class registration for application academic year required before award will be sent (required by June 1st).
