A registration form must be submitted for each Pilot attending convention. Please make checks payable to Virginia District Pilot International and mail with registration form to:

Registrations postmarked after March 25, 2010 will be charged a $10 late fee. If you must cancel, deadline is March 31. After this date we cannot refund the cost of meals. All refunds must be approved by the DAC. Send all requests for refunds to the VA District Treasurer, Tammy Watson, 21383 Terrace Drive, Bristol, VA 24201, or by March 31. Administrative cost of $10 will be deducted from all refunds.

Please mention the Pilot Club when making reservations to receive the special rate. Room rate: Double Queen Non Smoking - $89.00 plus local sales tax and occupancy taxes. All rooms include complimentary hot breakfast, microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary high speed internet access.
Back By Popular Demand—FRIDAY “BUNCO” GAME NIGHT 7:30 pm-9:30 pm at the Hampton Inn. A $10 game fee will be donated to Pilot International Foundation for a District Fundraiser. Join the fun, fellowship, snacks, and prizes. If you have never played, we will teach you how to play the game.
Smithfield Center—Saturday meetings, luncheon and banquet, and Sunday morning meeting and memorial service will be held at the Smithfield Center 220 North Church Street, Smithfield, Virginia 23430. Because a hot breakfast buffet is included with the hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn, a separate breakfast will not be served.
Friday Registration will be at the Hampton Inn 4:00-7:00 PM
Saturday registration will be at the Smithfield Center 8:30-9:00 AM
Tours of Smithfield: available on Friday, 1:00—5:00 PM, $3 per person
Co-Pilot Activities: Golf (fee), ??
Special District Project benefiting The Zuni Presbyterian Home, a residential community providing a lifetime of nurturing care and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We’re asking all Pilots to bring an item to help support our project. Requested paper products: paper towels, toilet tissue, tissues, OR cleaning supplies including; liquid hand soap, dish detergent, bleach, laundry detergent, fabric softener.
