Matters Arising from Minutes
Athy Pool.
Councillor Miley Jnr., requested information on the up-to-date position concerning the requirement for a contribution from Athy Town Council towards the costs of the provision of the new pool in Athy. Mr. D. Page briefed the members on the up-to-date position and stated that negotiations with Athy Town Council had commenced and that the Town Council was very supportive of the project.

Disposal of Land
876 Highfield Park, Kilcock.
The Council considered statutory notice dated 12th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of plot of land at 876 Highfield Park, Kilcock, Co. Kildare to Rose O'Connor for the fee of €10 pursuant to the conditions set out in the notice.
Resolved on the proposal of Councillor Hendy, seconded by Councillor Hillis, pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 that the Council consent to the disposal in accordance with the terms of the statutory notice.
1 Celbridge Avenue, St. Patrick's Park, Celbridge.
The Council considered statutory notice dated 12th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of site at 1 Celbridge Avenue, St. Patrick's Park, Celbridge, Co. Kildare to Seamus and Eileen Ryan for the sum of €20,000 pursuant to the conditions set out in the notice.
Resolved on the proposal of Councillor Hendy, seconded by Councillor Hillis, pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 that the Council consent to the disposal in accordance with the terms of the statutory notice.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises at 1159 St. Brigid's Terrace, Straffan, Co. Kildare to Ann Hughes, personal representative of Patricia Kearney, deceased, pursuant to the conditions set out in the notice.
Resolved on the proposal of Councillor Hendy, seconded by Councillor Hillis, pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 that the Council consent to the disposal in accordance with the terms of the statutory notice.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 30 Coill Dubh, Naas, Co. Kildare, to John Fennell in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 50 Coney Meadows, Athy, Co. Kildare, to Mohamed and Lisa Nahedh in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 3515 Bishopsland, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare, to Michael Cullen and Amy Phelan in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

Kildare, to Adekunle and Florence Alakija in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 34 Ardrew Heights, Dun Brinn, Athy, Co. Kildare, to Kathleen Byrne in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 37 Derby Lodge, Brownstown, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, to Emer Leigh in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 33 Moneen View, The Hollands, Athy, Co. Kildare, to Koleade Ajani and Funmilola Adelanwa in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.
Resolved on the proposal of Councillor Hendy, seconded by Councillor Hillis, pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 that the Council consent to the disposal in accordance with the terms of the statutory notice.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 56 Clonmullion, Athy, Co. Kildare, to Serena Foley in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

The Council considered statutory notice dated 11th October 2006 which had been circulated to the members under Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 signifying intent to dispose of premises known as 1188 Kilberry, Athy, Co. Kildare, to Eoin and Paula Daly in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.

Kildare, to Una Scully in consideration of the current value of rented equity (up to date in line with inflation) at the date of redemption of the Shared Ownership Loan pursuant to the conditions under which the Shared Ownership loan in respect of the premises was granted.
