Fee covers actual stall only. It doesnot include space for cool room, preparation and change room areas, camping or vehicle behind the stall. See Back-of-Stall in Additional Fees.
Stall size fees include:
- one 15 amp power outlet per site
- one Adult Season Camping per 3m x 3m stall space
- one Entertainment Zone vehicle pass per site
Stall site Fees will be calculated per 3m x 3m unit. If your stall does not fit into the 3m x 3m unit, you will need to select the next unit measurement eg 4m x 8 m is charged at 6m x 9m.

ADDITIONAL FEES
- Tent Hire Fees$35 per square metre (no change)
This covers the cost of the tent, one light and required weights/pegs. All other internal fittings for stalls including floors, tables and chairs must be arranged separately through Barlens.
- Back-of-Stall Additional SpaceFee $110 per 3m x 3m unit (no change)
Additional space behind stalls is extremely limited, subject to availability and will only be permitted with prior consent of Stalls Officer.Back-of-StallSpace includes spaces for:
- change room
- preparation
- cool room
- stock storage
- vehicle and/or camping behind stall
Food stalls that provide additional covered space with tables and chairs will not be charged for this additional space.Please note that additional Adult Season Camping Tickets are NOT allocated for Back-of-Stall Space hire, only for Stall Hire.

No changes to ticket orders will be processed after 28 February 2016. If you require additional tickets you will have to order them through the website at EB3 prices or at the gate at full gate price.
- Vehicle passes$25 each Allows access to Camping/Stallholder Only parking
These passes do not allow access to the Entertainment Zone but can be used to access a Stallholder Only parking area or the camping area. Vehicle access to the Entertainment Zone is limited. Each stall will get one free Entertainment Zone vehicle pass, which provides access for setup, delivery + pack down and will cover vehicle entry to Camping Zone and Entertainment Zone.
- Weights$15 each
If you provide your own marquee and you are sited on tarmac you will be required to hire weight blocks for each marquee support post at a cost of $15 per 120 kg weight.

Estimating your Stall fees
Total stall fees will depend on your own specific stall requirements and will be finalised with Stalls Manager after discussion of power and site requirements.
You can use the table below to estimate your probable costs but remember that Total fees for accepted stalls will be finalised in conjunction with the Stalls Officer after discussion of power and site requirements.
