  6. After the preliminary evaluationby RegionalScience & Technology Bureau or municipal authorities, this form will be submitted to the Comprehensive Management Office of Wenzhou Municipal Science &Technology Bureau,in quintuplicate. Meanwhile, please attach the host institutionfinancial statement of the preceding quarter in duplicate, and other required materials.
  7. The Comprehensive Management Office of Wenzhou Science & Technology Bureau is responsible for the interpretation of the terminology in this form.
