CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The show will be run in accordance with the Pony Club Rule Book for Show

Jumping 2013

  1. The decisions of the Judges and of the organisers is final.
  1. Hard Hats MUST be worn at all times with chinstrap fastened when mounted and must conform to PAS015 1998, or BSEN1384 1997, ASTM F1163 (with SEI) , Snell E2201 or AS/NZS 3838 1998 standard. All hats must bear the CE symbol and a quality symbol, the BSIkitemark, SAI Global symbol or the Snell label with numbers. UNDER NEW PONY CLUB RULES ALL PC MEMBERS HATS MUST BE PONY CLUB TAGGED.
  1. Correct dress MUST be worn i.e. Hacking Jackets and tie (NO colours or anoraks). It is strongly recommended that back protectors should be worn.
  1. Correct footwear MUST be worn
  1. Dogs MUST be kept on leads AT ALL TIMES
  1. Entries may be limited. Entries on the day are £1 extra per individual and £4 per team.
  1. Any objections with £10 to the secretary. Deposit to be forfeited if objection over rules.
  1. HEALTH AND SAFETY – The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone MUST take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
  1. LIABILITY – Although every care will be taken, neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf or the Landowners can accept any liability for the loss, damage, accident or injury to persons, horses or property.
  1. This event is open to all member of the Pony Club, Affiliated Riding Clubs, BHS, BSJA BE and BD. Non members MUST be covered by their own insurance. Competitors take part at their own risk.
  1. In the event of cancellation entry fees will be returned less £2 per competitor on receipt of SAE.
