LIST OF CONTROLLED CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS

NOTES AND EXPLANATIONS:

1) Requirements for construction products are specified in the List of Regulated Construction Products in accordance with requirements of Council Directive 89/106/EEC of 21 December 1988 “On the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products” whose provisions were transposed by the Law on Construction and technical construction regulations. Requirements of other EU directives, regulations and legal acts not listed here can be applicable to construction products.
2) (D) - harmonised standard. The date next to the harmonised standards indicates from which only the harmonised standard is applied to a construction product.
3) ETL - European technical approval prepared according to recommendations approved by the European Organisation for Technical Approvals (EOTA) – ETAG.
4) Technical approval, company’s standard can also be technical specification of a construction product.
5) Systems of attestation of conformity are specified according to STR 1.01.04:2002, Annex 2 (Official Gazette, 2002, No. 54-2140).
6) The standard specifies special requirements applicable depending on a product area declared by the manufacturer.
7) NTL - national technical approval prepared according to STR 1.03.03:2008 (Official Gazette, 2008 No. 47-1762). / * - date from which only the indicated technical specification is applied to a construction product.
** - when provided for in the technical specification of a construction product.
*** - conformity of cement according to the content of alkali is evaluated according to “Matrix and silicate ware” methodology of 25th Technical Committee (LST TK 25) of the Lithuanian Standards Board.
**** - testing shall be necessary to determine the reaction-to-fire class when the declared reaction-to-fire class is other than FROOF(t1) FFL or when the reaction-to-fire class is not chosen from tables of technical construction regulations.
