Chair called the meeting in order.

Chair run through the IEEE 802 policies and procedures, IEEE 802 operations manual, patents related policies, call for potentially essential patents, IEEE LOA database,and information on essential patents, patent claims, and pending patent applications and called for letters of assurance.

- Comment resolution on TGaj D0.01 (CC12) update
-26 CIDs (out of 151 CIDs received from CC12) have been resolved and passed motion in March meeting 2014
-86 CIDs (received from CC12) have been resolved and passed motion in May meeting 2014. All resolutions to motioned CIDsmentioned above have been incorporated into TGaj D0.2:
-36 CIDs (received from CC12) have been resolved and passed motion in July meeting 2014 and have been incorporated into TGaj D0.5
-4 CIDs were presented and discussed in F2F meeting/telecon and passed motion in January session 2015

Comments:
- Haiming (SEU)asked for how many outstanding CIDs in CC12?
Jiamin (Huawei): All CIDs received from CC12 were resolved.

- Comment resolution on TGaj D0.5 (CC20) update.
-A total of 95 comments were received from CC20. The corresponding comment database is 11-14/1076r1
-39 CIDs were presented and discussed in September meeting 2014:
-16 CIDs were presented and discussed on October 30th conference call 2014:
-2 CIDs were presented in November plenary 2014.
-27 CIDs were resolved and 84 CIDs passed motionin January session 2015.
-There are still 11 outstanding CIDs.

- SUN Bo (ZTE) volunteers to resolve CID 1 in CC20 in March meeting.
Jiamin: Add Sun Bo as assignee for CID1 in CC20.
Haiming: Hope to resolve all outstanding CIDs in May meeting as long as possible.

-This document proposes resolutions to TGaj D0.5 CIDs 1.
-Proposed resolution: Revised

Ke Yao (ZTE) presented theEncoding for control PHY for 45 GHz(doc: IEEE 802.11-14/0346r0)
-Propose a new encoding scheme for control PHY for 45GHz in 11aj, which has better transmission performance than that in 11ad.
Comments:
- Bourdoux Andre (IMEC) : In the figure in slide 11, why the differenceof PER (when Data field are 410bytes and 512bytes respectively) increase first, and then decrease in the end?
Ke YAO: It’s a good question; we will do corresponding research later.
Himing: Only provide simulation in AWGN, BPSK. Hope to have additional simulations for more scenarios.
Ke YAO: The contribution will be updated later.
Chair informedthat China Interim Meeting for 802.11aj will be held on 19th -20th May, 2015 in Zhuhai, China.
The Goals for May 2015 Meeting:
-Complete proposal and text proposal for 45 GHz
-Comment resolution for CC20 (60GHz)
Comments:
Bourdoux Andre (IMEC): What’sthe relationshipbetween 45GHz and 60GHz in 11aj spec.
Haiming, Sun Bo: The spec for 60GHz is almost ready.TG will call for complete proposal for 45GHz in May session. Plans to merge 60GHz and 45GHz in November meeting.
