Any softball organization, service club, umpires association, affiliated team, or a league with affiliated teams may submit a bid to host an Association Play-Off Tournament.
ALL AGREEMENTS/BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 1st OF THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.

The Host is responsible for providing a list of host Hotels with blocked rooms. (10 rooms per team are suggested).
THE PWSA WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH DIAMOND COSTSUP TO :
1-15 TEAMS - $500.00 16-30 TEAMS - $1,000.00 31 TEAMS & ABOVE – $1,500.00
NOTE: At all P.W.S.A. Playoff Tournaments, costs of balls, umpires, P.W.S.A. personnel are the responsibility of the P.W.S.A.
SCOREKEEPING
As the Host of a Provincial Tournament leading to a Canadian Championship (Bantam I – Midget I - Women’s Open ) :
PWSA will supply all scorekeepers
For all other Provincial Qualifiers or Grand Championships, the Host is responsible for the following:
1.To supply all scorekeepers
2.If scorekeepers must be brought in, the Host will be responsible for all charges incurred(mileage and accommodations, if necessary).
