WE REQUEST THE PLEASURE OF YOUR COMPANY at the 12th International Mountain Technology Exhibition INTERLAVEX 2009 held 13 - 15 October, 2009 in the areas of Grandhotel PERMON**** located at Podbanske.
During the INTERLAVEX 2009 exhibition organised by LAVEX - ropeways and ski lifts, the Slovak-based interest association, there will also be held in parallel as the exhibition integral part the action, in fact the 38th in succession "Days of Ropeways and Ski Lifts".
It is the organiser's aim to create a quality and attractive and traditionally good environment of the exhibition which is not only the presentation of state-of-the-art technologies, trends and services but also the opportunity for pleasant meeting of management professionals in the field of winter tourism, people around the ski lifts and ropeways and all the ones who like the mountains and winter sports. Just for the information during the last 11th INTERLAVEX event there were present 80 Slovak-based and foreign exhibitors which had available for their presentation 1.000 m2 roofed and 500 m2 open-air areas.

Exhibition area
The INTERLAVEX 2009 exhibition will be held in exhibition areas of the hotel PERMON****, in standard exhibition stands OKTANORM available with 6 m2, 9m2, 12m2, 15m2, 18m2 , 21m2 floor area, as well as at the open-air area of the hotel's terrace where large dimensional objects will be presented.

The fee is payable by each exhibitor of the company which presents its products or services at the exhibition.

Obligatory participant fee:
Each the event participant shall pay a deposition fee of 70 EUR per capita.
In this fee there is included:

- entry to a festive special program & music dinner/banquet
- a Lavex publication including the catalogue of exhibitors

For hotel guests there is available a roofed swimming pool, skittle room, tennis courts, complex health-rehabilitation centre and wide range of other services.
In case the hotel PERMON capacity is exceeded the participants will be accommodated at hotel KRIVÁŇ located approx. 250 m from hotel PERMON.
Boarding
Participants' boarding will be in the form of a full-table refreshment, beginning with lunch served 16.10.2009 and ending with lunch 18.10.2009.

On the exhibition occasion there will be issued a special edition of LAVEX professional magazine oriented to topics and issues in the field of ropeway transport & tourism "LAVEX Info No.3" including a Catalogue of Exhibitors, program of the event and other topical information. The participants may place there their advertisements and info-presentations.

General conditions for participants and exhibitors at INTERLAVEX 2009 exhibition.
I. Organizer:LAVEX-LANOVKY A VLEKY Slovak-based interest association, M.Pisúta 5,

II. Exhibitors:Natural persons and legal entities which received a confirmed invitation card from the exhibition organizer
III. Application for the event's participation and allocation of exhibition area:
(a)Exhibitors may apply for their participation in the event solely through properly filled-in Application & registration form and their acceptance of these general conditions and other written instructions they receive from the organizer.
(b)Application & exhibitor registration form is binding on the sender, and this shall apply also in case that the organiser becomes unable to meet and fulfil all the applicant's conditions as regards the floor area, type and location of exhibition area required by the applicant.
(c)The application's acceptance or refusal is in the organiser's sole discretion without the organiser's obligation to give reasons for his decision.
(d)The applicant becomes legally entitled to exhibition area/s only after his settlement of the advance-payment invoice containing the payment for the area and registration fee. If exhibitor fails to settle the invoice within defined maturity period, the organiser (being LAVEX) may let the area to an another applicant. If this is the case, the original applicant ceases to be entitled to compensation of expenses paid or a loss incurred.
IV. Rent fee payable for exhibition area provided by organiser
(a)Amount of rent payable for roofed or open-air exhibition area is stated in the offer. The amount depends on the area dimensions. Each started or incomplete square meter will be taken as the complete (full-area) sq.meter.
(b)Organiser will issue invoice on the basis of the confirmed application.
(c)When applicant subsequently cancels his application already filed and confirmed by organiser, already paid rent and registration fees will not be paid back to the applicant.
V. Payment conditions
(a)Exhibitor shall settle all the organisers' invoices within their maturity periods and dates.
(b)Organiser is entitled to invoice to exhibitor all the exhibition-related costs which were incurred before the exhibition beginning and, provided that will not be settled by exhibitor within the maturity period, the services ordered by exhibitor will not be provided by organiser.
VI. Installation of exhibits
(a)Organiser will make available and allow access to exhibitor into the exhibition areas 24 hours before the exhibition opening.
(b)Exhibitor shall not install his exhibits beyond the area/s allocated to him by organiser. Operation and appearance (style) of exhibition stand shall not disturb nor restrict the other exhibitors in their activities.
(c)Based on the exhibitor's request the organiser may provide another (optional) material items usable for exhibition purposes and exhibitor is responsible for their maintenance and their return after the action's close, clean and not damaged. If not, the exhibitor shall cover the cost necessary to put such material into original condition.
(d)Exhibitor shall not make any adaptations in the floor, ceiling and walls of exhibition hall, and/or the floor of open-air area, and to dismantle the stand and uninstall the exhibits before the action's close.
VII. Promotion & advertising
(a)Exhibitor is entitled to be recorded and entered into the catalogue of exhibitors being the part of LAVEX Info magazine issued by organiser in which magazine there shall appear the exhibitor's name, address, information on his line of business, telephone and fax numbers, and Email & web addresses.
(b)Exhibitor may install his exhibits in his stand only with the understanding that his presentation shall not disturb the other exhibitors.
VIII. Final provisions
(a)Exhibitor may lodge complaint of services and material provided by organiser. Exhibitor may exercise this right by lodging the written complaint to the organiser's appointed representative on the exhibition closing date at the latest, otherwise this rights of his expires.
