Part 4 / We would have initially activated our EOP at T-120. We would be having planning sessions with our State and National offices to identify shortfalls and what human and material resources will need to be pre-positioned.
We will be collaborating with our Government, Faith-based and community-based partners for planning and identifying needs and concerns.
We will be assessing shelter agreements in place, placing evacuation shelters on standby and pre-positioning equipment.
Staffing county EOCs will be a priority as well as staffing shelters with Health Services and Mental Health professionals through our volunteers and partner agencies.
Our disaster public affairs folks will be working with the PIO with the county OEMs to disseminate the necessary information to the communities for evacuation procedures, what necessities to take with them, pet/livestock care.

The EOP would be under review for consideration of any necessary adjustments based upon local circumstances and developing forecast. OEMwould be in contact with County OEM and monitoring region specific weather forecasts. Shelter coordinators, animal sheltering resources and large horse and cattle farms would be advised and briefed of anticipated storm.
