2010 VENDOR APPLICATION - SKIMMER FESTIVAL, JUNE 19
Dear Vendor:
You are cordially invited to participate in SeaIsleCity's very popular Seaside Market to be held during Skimmer Weekend, Saturday, June 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The fee is non-refundable and there is no rain date. All vendors must dress properly, with no bare tops or feet. Absolutely no applications are accepted the day of the event!
The cost of a space (10 feet by 10 feet) is $100.00. Partial payments and faxes will not be accepted! Tables are notprovided. Electricity is not available and gas generators are not allowed. You may bring your own canopy. No vehicles are permitted on the promenade even to unload. The promenade extends from 29th Street (north) to 57th Street (south). All spaces are located onlyon the eastside of the oceanfront promenade.
If you participated in 2009, you will be given until April 23rdto reserve the same approximate space. After this date, spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The last day to receive applications is June 11th. Do not confuse the Alast day@ deadlines with those for A2009 participants.@ No exceptions can be made after the deadlines, so please mark your calendars accordingly!
Your check is your receipt. If yourcheck has not been cashed within two weeks, please contact our office. Vendors will not be added to the show after it has been closed because they thought we had their check. You will be notified of your space assignment and street location along with an unloading pass approximately two weeks before the event. In the event you must cancel, refunds will not be issued after May 21st,for any reason.

Please be advised NJ State Division of Taxation requires vendors to have sales tax certificates. You must complete a Business Registration Application in order to obtain your sales tax certificate.
