II. SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE

List all community service activities you have participated in and note any major accomplishments in each. These should include activities in which you participated for the betterment of your community. These may be activities that you have done individually or with a group. Examples: church groups, club sponsored events that occurred off school grounds, Boy or Girl Scouts, any volunteer groups, community endeavors.
