1. LEMA logos / Same as the LEMA header (See the LEMA header below)

3. There are four categories of LEMA requirements, such as Digital Imaging and Filmmaking. Is there a one-to-one mapping between courses and categories? Or can a course belong to more than one category? / There are many courses for one LEMA category. We can just list all LEMA requirements in progress tracking page
4. In the Course Profile user interface, do you prefer grade span or grade level? / Use only grade level
5. COURSES.csv: the GradeSpan column’s values are not consistent with the hard copy we received last week. In the soft copy the value is a date i.e. 12-Sep as opposed to grade range 9-12. Is there another Course List file that we may use? / Roberta fixed and sent new COURSE.csv to Mark.
6. Is this manual step acceptable to remove header? / Roberta will remove header before she import csv files.
7. Spring2012.csv: the last column is the teacher name but some rows have different formats for that name.For example,

Is it safe to assume that we don’t need to keep track of the Lincoln campus teachers? / Yes, we do not need to consider teacher number is zero.
8. In STUDENT RECORDS.csv, there is mention of [CAHSEE Eng Lang Art,s P Math,P] [Comput,er,Lit N],[,Service Lea,rning Y]. Are these Assessments & Non-Course
Graduation Requirements? / Yes, Assessments are CAHSEE. CAHSEE is divided into ELA (Eng Lang Art,s) and Math which has P or F.
There are three Non-Course Graduation Requirements, but in the record does not have pathway career, so we do not care about it.
Comput,er,Lit and Service Lea,rning can be either Y or N.
9. Schedule constraints / In our UI, it show only Minimum and Maximum students in core/elective courses for grades 9-12.
The clients add conference constraints with FET
10. We are thinking using the district course id(6 digits) as a unique ID for each course. However, Honors English and English both use the same district course id based on the information in spring 2012 teacher's final schedule csv file. Do you distinguish between two H English 10B and English 10B with bubble number right now for scheduling?
eg. H ENGLISH 10B's and ENGLISH 10B's course id is 230110 / Yes, they use the same district course id for regular and honor classes. We can keep our design by the scheduler will the honor classes as a new class.
There are two special class types: Honor and SD. For example, English 9 has course id 123456. The scheduler will input honored English 9 class with course id 123456H, so we need to change course id type from integer to var char.
11. Does every same grade level student take the ADV PE 1B course? / We can show PE classes in others requirements section.
12. How to distinguish between teacher and counselor roles? / One teacher can be a counselor. Team 4 is going to provide user type management UI.
13. Do new coming students have student ID? / Yes
