Who Is IMWell Health?
IMWell Health develops employer based clinics to serve employees and family members participating in the Oklahoma County insurance plan with truly exceptional primary care. Utilizing the Patient Centered Medical Home concept as the foundation of our approach, our clinics strive for the optimal outcomes that are driven by a compassionate partnership between our medical team and the patient/family.
By providing high quality and efficient primary care services, IMWell Health seeks to augment the existing healthcare delivery system and improve the health of your workforce with no out of pocket expense to you, the employee!
Where are we located?
Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Oklahoma City at 136 NW 10th Street.
What is an HRA (Health Risk Assessment)?
Our HRA contains questions about personal and family history, mental health and exercise and vice frequencies. We provide the HRA in an online format for employees to complete at their workstation or any internet connection including smart phones.
What are the benefits of a Wellness Testing?
One month’s free insurance premium to participants who meet Oklahoma County’s requirements.
If you have single coverage and take the HRA, you will not be charged your health premium ($150.00), in September. If you have family coverage with a spouse, both the employee and spouse will have to take the HRA to receive the free family premium ($349.00), in September. No dependent children are included in the HRA testing.
Testing can identify health issues with participants who were unaware of a potential health concern.
With a simple blood test we can screen for:
High Cholesterol which indicates risk of coronary heart disease;
Diabetes
Prostate Cancer
Many times, these issues can be addressed with lifestyle changes and habit modifications.
What is the cost?
There is no cost for the wellness testing to the participant.
