to be held on Sunday, 23rdJuly 2017 at 04.00 P.M. in Our Campus.

Registration will start from 02.00 P.M. onwards on 23.07.2017

Instructions for Graduation Day Function:

1. Kindly do confirm your presence in prior through E-mail by downloading the registration form in the college website and fill it and send it back to the respective department E- mail id of their college which is given in the registration form.

2. Registration between 02.00 P.M. to 03.00 P.M. on graduation day.

3. All the graduands are requested to bring Rs.550 for graduation day fee and Gown fee Rs. 230 (200 deposit refundable + 30 gown rent approximately).

4. Graduands and guests are requested to stand when the academic procession enters the auditorium and remain standing till members of the procession have taken their seats.

5. Graduands are requested to observe strict silence & discipline during the graduation ceremony.

6. Usage of cellular phone and camera are strictly prohibited in the auditorium.

7. The graduands are requested to attend the function with formal dress and suits.

8. Graduands are requested to take the pledge audible when administered.

9. When the graduation ceremony is over, all will remain standing in their places till the procession leaves the auditorium.

10. Invitees & Parents are requested not to bring children below 12 years with them.

11. Only official photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the ceremony.

12. No clapping is allowed at the time of graduation.

13. Each graduand is permitted to have two guests at the maximum.

14. All the invitees and parents can make use of the college bus available at 01.00 P.M. from andagalur gate on that day.
