CSPOA CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Theindividualsigning this agreement herebyassumesresponsibilityforensuringthat therulesforuseofthe CSPOA clubhouseare followedbyall peopleattendingthescheduledevent. Bysigningthisrentalagreement,Iconfirmthat Ihavebeen informed ofall CSPOA policies andproceduresgoverning theuse ofthe CSPOAclubhouse. Ialso understand thatthe CSPOAisnotresponsibleforanypersonalinjuryorpropertydamage occurringto anyone participating in theaboveevent,andtheabovenamedorganization/individualdoesherebyforeverdischarge,release, andholdharmlesstheCarolinaShoresPropertyOwners'Association,itsBoard and Members, andStafffromanypossibleliabilityorclaims resultingfromanypersonal injuriesorpropertydamage sufferedbythis individualororganization,itsmembers, orotherparticipantsconnectedwiththeuseoftheCSPOAclubhouse for thescheduledevent.

Theindividualsigning this agreement herebyassumes fullresponsibilityforcleanup(including bathrooms) andremoval oftrash. If the facilityis not leftintheconditionin whichitwas found(including restoringfurniture toits originalpositions),the securitydeposit paid to use the clubhousewillbeforfeited.

Inaddition, theabovenamed individualassumes responsibilityforanydamage caused to theclubhouseor toanyCSPOA equipmentusedfortheevent andunderstandsthat ifthecostforrepairing thedamage toCSPOApropertythatoccursduringthiseventexceedstheamountofthesecuritydeposit, themember making thisreservationwillbebilledfor alladditional costsandunpaidbillsmayresultinalienbeingattached tothemember’sproperty. The CSPOA reserves theright to suspend allfuture use of itsfacilitiesbythisindividualifmisconductoccursorproceduresarenotfollowed.

Ifurtherunderstandthattheindividual signing this agreementisresponsibleforthefullfeeforthe time reserved, whether ornot theroomisusedfortheentiretime,unlesstheCSPOA isnotifiedof achangeorcancellationatleast 24 hoursinadvance, or byFridayatNoon for aweekendrental. Iunderstandthat the CSPOA reserves therightto cancelareservationincasesofurgentneed.
