Meeting Called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Chad Weisel.

Motion by Ken Anderson to accept minutes, seconded by Dave Fuerstenberg. Motion passed.

Steve Hoskins moved to accept treasurers’ report, seconded by Gene Sullivan. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS
Þ Ice fishing challenge, lots of volunteers, about 3,000 people, sold out of raffle tickets.
Þ Bill updated us on the Williams property, 3 weeks to have appraised. Offer by end of May. Still short by $90,000 of our 250,000.
Þ Banquet is set for March 29 at the Broadway Ballroom. If interested in helping contact Mark Anderson.
NEW BUSINESS
Þ Lets go fishing representative Jim was here looking for volunteers to help with program. Program runs from June 1 to end of September, Alexandria is the 15th Chapter; they are expecting 800 to 1,000 people to use during the 1st year.
Þ Fishing committee would like to see extra fish docking on chain of lakes. Put together a five year plan with DNR. Fish $10/lb $50,000 per year for stocking, looking for $5,000 donation, 2,700 lbs of fingerlings, want to double stock. Motion by Dale to donate $5,000 for 5 years, seconded by Bill Maynard, Passed
Þ Jerry Krebs from Pheasants Forever was here to talk about their upcoming banquet.
Þ Election of Officers: Nominations are as follows President Glen Wink, Treasurer Dale Flesner, Secretary Barb Wittmer, Vice President Belinda Wink, Vice President Mark Anderson, Chairman of the Board Chad Weisel, Social Director Bill Maynard, Public Relations Jim Baxter. Curt Flesner made a motion to cast a unanimous ballot, seconded by Ken Anderson. Motion passed.
Þ Report form Mike Gustafson on deer hides, Viking sportsmen will receive 625.25 and Deer hunters will
Receive 1,875.75.
Þ Received a thank you from DU for donation.
Þ Dwain reported on the food plots and banquet
