If you have been nominated before, please explain how the project has developed since the last application.

Please attach at least one high quality illustrative image (JPEG) which can be used in event materials, for media activity and online.

1) Executive summary (up to 200 words)- Give an overview of your project and outlinewhat makes your entry outstanding. Be clear and concise, get across your key achievements and make the judges want to read on to find out more.

2) Brief summary(up to 50 words)-A very short introductory description of the project to promote itto those who may not be aware of it. If shortlisted, this will be included on the RSPB website, in event materials and could be used for media activity.[1]

3) The purpose and objectives of the project(up to 400 words)– How and why was the project created? Provide details on the objectives and how you achieved them including how the project was funded, any partnership working and the overall timeframe.

4) Results or expected resultsbrought about through the project (up to 400 words)–Include key achievements using facts and figures to substantiate your evidence. Did your project use sustainable practices,how did you promote sustainability for nature and people and what will the project’s legacy be?

Supporting evidence –You can attach up tothree photos in JPEG format and include a link to appropriate video footage in support of your project application.

You will be invited to attend a Parliamentary Reception in September where the shortlist will be announced. Thank you for your entry.
