Supervises:

PURPOSE: Works under direction of the Web Production Supervisor to manage, post and edit content for all digital assets including websites, patient portals, customer portals, email newsletters and other online communications media for all business entities. Assists with managing content updates and functionality upgrades which support activities including but not limited to: marketing projects and campaigns, internal communications, and corporate web site updates and upgrades. Works with both internal teams and external vendors to develop and improve web sites and electronic media. Responsible for finding programming solutions by developing them or by coordinating with already assigned vendors. Maintains existing marketing and communication strategies. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·  Ensures that digital marketing assets comply with brand and style guidelines, and graphic standards.

·  Proofs content and design of all digital assets.

·  Manages requests from users to make changes or improvements to all digital assets.

·  Manages issues log and tests fixes to all digital assets.

·  Defines specifications for new functionality and campaigns.

·  Creates reports on key site metrics.

·  Maintains all digital assets, including creating and maintaining web pages, web parts, modules, tabs, links and other internet navigation tools. May require use of html or other programming language.

·  Inserts content for digital assets (including feature articles, advertising copy, database content, links, FAQs, etc.).

·  Consults with appropriate staff to develop, organize and update content as well as recommend and develop enhancements and modifications to content.

·  Designs web forms using available tools.

·  Monitors web usage for all digital assets and provides reports for management review.

·  Monitors registration status of digital assets and renews or transfers web site registration as needed.

·  Performs regular reviews of the website to ensure consistency in design and SEO standards, and to ensure working links.

·  Posts information to the websites in the event of a public health or other emergency.

·  Programs new functionality in SharePoint including building forms

·  Updates online directories, Internet Listings, Review Sites, and other sites (including but not limited to: maps, providers, locations, etc.).

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Trains new users on different web site platforms, as needed.

·  Represents the department on cross-functional teams, as needed.

·  Tests website accessibility and functionality from a variety of environments.

·  Maintains specialized knowledge of internet developments and applications.

·  Creates scripted procedures.

·  Designs and conducts training sessions for users.

·  Contributes to user-orientated perspective in the design, development and maintenance of online material.

·  Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, web site design, or computer science. At least 1 years of experience in coordination or project management in a digital marketing environment. At least two years of experience in website development and maintenance using content management systems and html. Experience testing web sites or software systems, writing technical instructions, training users to use software or a web site. Experience in the physician-based, medical care industry preferred. Demonstrated strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

●  Strong working knowledge of organization design standards and brand value in the community.

●  Strong working knowledge of digital platforms for marketing, communication, and design including SharePoint, Web 2.0, and social media platforms.

●  Strong working knowledge of HTML, HTML5, XML, SharePoint, and CSS; Java Script, Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere a plus.

● 

●  Excellent customer service skills.

●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate to employees and to internal and external customers.

●  Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.

●  Champion of innovation and leading the establishment of marketing, communication and digital content delivery approaches.

●  Ability to work on a PC and proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

●  Ability to initiate workflow and provide guidance to creative team members.
