The new Tuesday and Friday sessions in the hockey rink reflect the need to separate the teams due to our increasing numbers. This will give the teams much more room to work and more access to the music. Any skater who wishes to stay until 8.30 and has been assigned to the hockey rink may finish their session off in the Galaxy from 8am-8.30am. Both rinks will begin at 6.30am and there will always be at least two coaches in each rink.
Fees may be paid in TWO equal payments. There will be no refunds except for major medical reasons, and these will only apply to the injured skater. All fees and registration documents must be submitted to the office by Saturday September 12th 2009, NO EXCEPTIONS! It is the skater’s responsibility to get their registration documents into the office during the posted office hours. If any skater requires a custom schedule, email Martha directly, and she will give you an immediate price. Applications can be given to me if necessary. Any skater whose registration is not in the office by the stated date will not be allowed on the ice until such time as their fees are paid. This will be strictly enforced, no exceptions.
All fees reflect ice time and dry land. Sessions may be adjusted or cancelled due to test days or club functions. To obtain an application form or a custom schedule, please contact Martha in the office at 416-438-9508, or by email or . Application forms are also available at the rink.
Please note that once you have selected the days for your schedule, those are the only days you are allowed to skate, there are no make-up days or session hopping. Ice Dance Elite is a competitive program. All skaters are required to take part in all aspects of the program, including dry land training, and to participate fully in any fundraising activities. Our annual gala, “So You Think You Can Judge?” will take place on a date to be announced, and will feature all teams currently participating in the program. Skaters are expected to be punctual, and treat all other members, coaching staff, and dry land personal with the highest standards of respect. Rudeness and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. The coaching staff is available to answer any questions you may have about the program, but please contact us when we are not teaching. It is best to set up an appointment so that we can deal with your questions in a thoughtful manner without being rushed.
Ice Dance Elite welcomes you to the Scarboro F.S.C and wishes you a happy and successful season.
